Had an argument with my SO. One person I care a lot about vented to me about some stuff that involved other people I care about. Tis all a bit mixed up; but art helps me get a grip on things I guess? xD
This started out as just challenging myself to cut as perfectly as possible. But then I was like well I cut him out I should do somothing with it. But no bg seemed suitable, so in the end I just removed the halter, made him a full black, reconstructed the hooves and then smoothed out his coat a little and added some sublte toning and put him on a white bg. I did minimal hair painting, to keep that natural look going, I didn't want to overdo it. Then I lowered his saturation to make him more black and added a touch of colour with the eye. I'm actually quite pleased with this hahaha. The edges were a little sharp too so I spent some time smoothing them out; I hope they look good!
